Vaibhav’s journey to becoming an inspiring and exceptional leader didn’t happen overnight. Born on August 26, 1985, in Mumbai, Vaibhav spent his formative years there. From his humble beginnings, he learned the values of hard work, resilience, and the importance of connection early on.

In academics, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He pursued his higher education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business at the University of Oxford, where he began laying the foundation for his professional growth. Later, he joined Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge for an Executive MBA. But he withdrew his candidacy to move to India, as he needed to embrace his calling and join the Enso Group.

He joined the company during its inception in 2005. Initially, Vaibhav focuses on handling the Group’s business development and strategy.

Over the years at Enso Group, he worked across various segments, including taking over the responsibility for operations of the energy business. Soon, he started handling the marketing for the Group in India. Each experience added something new. But more than business skills, it was the values he picked up that stayed with him. Discipline, integrity, and respect for people formed the foundation of his leadership approach.

A turning point came in his professional journey when he became the President of the Enso Foundation. The new position taught him how to lead with a progressive approach. He saw the impact of innovation, precision, and dynamic leadership.
